These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online courses, and digital products (collectively referred to as “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

• Online courses, coachings and mentorship programs focused on content creation, editing tutorials, digital marketing, personal branding and online business building.
• Digital products, including e-books, video courses, and templates.
• Access to a community platform for discussions, support, and networking.

4. User Accounts
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
 

5. Refund Policy
At Marvin Kehr Consulting & Marketing, we strive to provide clear expectations about our digital products before purchase. The main product we provide is a mentorship program with an evergreen video course and access to our community with 24/7 support. Due to the nature of our downloadable content, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Not having enough time to complete the material.
• Expectations beyond what is clearly stated on the landing page. All program details are thoroughly described prior to purchase, which you can review before deciding to join. Expecting something that is not declared on the landing page is outside of our control and does not count as a valid refund request.
• Dissatisfaction with the content being in English. All course materials are in English, so please make an informed decision before purchasing.

However, if you feel that the product did not meet the promises made, or if there is any missing content or deliverables, please contact us within 30 days. We will review your request and either provide the missing content or offer a full refund.
To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details. We will respond promptly within 24 hours after we receive your email and will address your situation.

6. Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, please reach out to us via the contact form with your cancellation request.
For subscription cancellations, kindly notify us at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date. We will process your cancellation promptly and provide confirmation once it has been completed.

7. User Conduct
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party. You are prohibited from:

• Posting or transmitting any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or any other systems or networks connected to the Services.

All content provided through our Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Marvin Kehr Consulting & Marketing or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Germany.

12. Payment Terms
All payments made for our Services are processed through Stripe or Paypal. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due, which is either a one-time payment with no recurring fees, a three-time payment with no recurring fees or a recurring monthly subscription. Charges will appear on your statement as “Marvin Kehr“.
